I am a life-long Alaskan, born in Anchorage and raised in the Valley. I love Alaska and its diversity, beauty and unique culture.  No place on earth compares to Alaska; just as no place compares to the diverse and unique Alaskan real estate market.  We, as Alaskans, have amazing real estate opportunities not found anywhere else, as well as limitations and challenges that encourage creative problem solving.  I can’t resist a good challenge or puzzle to be solved.

My degree in Business Administration from Seattle University combined with many years of business experience and residential construction provided a solid foundation for launching my real estate career.  Thanks to friends, family and the trust of complete strangers, I’ve been very successful.  By successful, I mean being satisfied and happy with the direction and production my career has taken me.  I don’t measure success by dollars sold, earned or otherwise. I measure success by the clients I’ve helped find their dream home, sell their home to move on to life’s next chapter, find the perfect spot for a family cabin, coordinate lots and homes for a local home builder, research CAP rates for the real estate investor, or find the charming starter home for a young couple or single person.  Each transaction is different, each transaction requires my undivided attention, and each transaction is an opportunity to retain a client with a positive real estate experience. These are my benchmarks and what drives me to keep finding the best deal for each individual, whatever their real estate needs.
