Real Estate is almost everyone's first step of their financial footprint. As our lives and families grow, Real Estate becomes a major portion of our financial ability, and this is why it needs to be done correctly. Whether you are just beginning or are ready to make a new transition, I will make the process as easy as possible.
I grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Marquette University with a double major in Economics and Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Classes were taught by Jacob Kruyne, a retired senior vice president of Marshall & Isley Bank of 50+ years.

• I moved to Alaska in 1975
• Title insurance examiner;
• Fourteen years operating Kruyne &Wendt, a real estate brokerage office;
• Obtained contracting License in 1995
• Developed residential lots: contracting water and sewer mains, lateral, roads, etc.;
• Presently an associate broker with Dynamic Properties locating housing & investments, whether existing or new construction for clients.
